The strongest of our magnets is used when real heavyweights need to be moved. Our powerhouse, which weighs just 18 kg, lifts up to one tonne with a material thickness of 12 mm - and with a safety factor of 3:1.

Like all models in the TML series, it is equipped with the patented magnet technology for 'Thin Material Lifting'. In concrete terms, this means that the TML 1000 develops an impressive lifting force of 220 kg from a material thickness of just 2 mm.

The range of possible applications is impressive. For example, you can transport T-beams without first turning them over and therefore without damaging the coating.

The intelligent design enables the magnet to be activated 'inside' the carrier. The 360° rotating load swivel ensures flexibility.<br<
Move ferromagnetic plates, components or sheets safely and precisely from A to B - for example in metal, container, ship or hall construction. As a permanent magnet, the TML 1000 also operates independently of the power supply. The TML 1000 can also be customised if other structures can be securely bolted to the magnet - for example to align metal parts.

The TML 1000 will stay with you for a long time, as it is extremely robust and resistant to damage thanks to its hard-wearing magnetic surface with TiN coating.
