The UZ15 RAPID machine is one of the fastest bevelling machines with automatic feed on the market. It is suitable not only for workshops but also for assembly work. It has a continuously variable bevel angle adjustment system. The machine is also equipped with automatic feed. This makes working with the UZ15 Rapid very convenient.

3D MANIPULATOR:

The 3D MANIPULATOR - the unique design of the manipulator allows for easy handling of the chamfering machine through 180° to perform the X, K double chamfer. No turning tool is required. No material handling is required, resulting in significant time savings.

The quick-connect system allows the UZ15 RAPID to be connected to and disconnected from the 3D manipulator in seconds without the use of tools. This is used when the 3D manipulator cannot follow the machine due to poor ground conditions. The machine is then able to move on its own on the material. The 3D manipulator system allows the machine to adapt its working position to the current workplace situation. The UZ15 RAPID virtually “floats” on the sheet metal being processed and compensates for any unevenness in the ground or material deformation.

The 3D manipulator also ensures convenient transport of the machine at the workplace. The lifting mechanism allows easy adjustment of the machine's working height. Large rollers ensure that obstacles and uneven surfaces can be easily overcome.

It is possible to work with or without the 3D manipulator.

Option to use the 3D manipulator as a fixed workstation for small parts processing or as a UZ15 RAPID service holder.
